Job Position: Lead Primary Teacher Age: 3 - 6 year old environment QUALIFICATIONS: Springhill Montessori School is seeking qualified Lead Primary Guide. Candidate must have AMI/AMS Training certificate. The candidate should be dedicated to the Montessori approach, love teaching, and believe in children. Candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, and have great communication skills with both adults and children, as well as strong classroom management skills. We are looking for someone to join our team of teachers, in a warm, supportive work environment that you would be proud to call your own. We would prefer 3-5 years experience. Ideal candidate must have: Have AMI or AMS certification Bachelor's degree in child-hood education Minimum of 5 years classroom experience Great record keeper, track children's progress Aware of State Standards Communicate effectively with parents Strong classroom leadership skills, while maintaining respectful positive tone with children Excellent communication skills, highly organized, loving, caring, compassionate, and patient. Organization and maintenance of classroom Create, plan and implement Montessori curriculum Respect the individual child Be a team player capable of thinking outside the box Willing to continue educating self in all aspects of the Montessori philosophy We are looking for a committed individual with a team approach for providing Excellent education for our students.
