CRC SYSTEMS SUPPORT COORDINATOR - KEY USER PRIMARY DUTIES The CRC Systems Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with systems support, testing, and training initiatives associated with all the Client Relations Center (CRC) integrated tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Systems Support: * Serve as the first point of contact and help desk ticket coordinator for Brand Ambassadors when they encounter technical issues. * Master a strong knowledge of CRC systems and collaborate closely with the Systems Support Specialist and the Systems Support Manager. Operational Support: * Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to all eCommerce, CRM and Aftersales related procedures and best practices. * Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by collaborating effectively with the CRC Operations team, Regional eCommerce & IT teams, as well as Local Logistics & Customer Service functions. * Confidence and technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems, ability to multi-task daily between those tools. User Acceptance Testing: * Ability to perform all User Acceptance Testing of enhancements, new functionality and releases. Liaison and collaboration with other teams: * Strong influencing skills, with ability to build consensus among multiple levels and functions within the organization * Liaise with Change Lead to coordinate any new project initiatives driven by group, region, or local levels. * Collaborate with CRC Systems Support Specialist or other stakeholders as required. * Assist with other aspects of the local operations as needed. JOB PROFILE Education: * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Required Experience: * 2+ years in business operations environment/retail, or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired Technical Skills / Abilities: * 2+ years of business operations experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: * Support SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) flows with focus on Order-to-cash (OTC) module. * Support Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms. * Prior Contact center experience. * Testing, configuring and/or maintenance of SAP Systems. * Acting as a Help Desk support agent, handle technical escalation issues from users or other teams. * Gathering business requirements and/or have handled some project deployment. * Training non-technical audience on System processes. * Substantial knowledge of retail, eCommerce, Logistics business structure is a plus. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio). Personal Skills: * Must display a high level of maturity, poise, and finesse to work with Maison Management and other stakeholders within Richemont. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision. * Entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated by ability to work effectively with limited supervision. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
