NOW HIRING FOR CALL CENTER OR COLLECTIONS ORIENTED
INDIVIDUALS PAYING $19/HR
- Placing Outbound phone calls collecting on delinquent auto
- Will be skip tracing to collect on past due account.
- Setting promise to pay, payment plans, and reoccurring payments
in order to reduce delinquency and help bring accounts
Will also be advising on loans and how delinquent status effects
Must understand and follow all FDCPA laws and regulations.
Must be able to articulate Mini-Miranda rights.
Average of 180 outbound calls per day.
Will also take inbound payment calls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be available to work 7am - 10:30pm
Every other Saturday.
One Sunday per month.
Training class is 2 weeks m-f 8-5 with an hour lunch.
