Become a Lockheed Martin electrical engineer/. You are meant to solve the hardest challenges/. An Electrical Engineer Staff is needed to support the Lower Tier IAMD Production efforts relative to PAC/-3 subsystems electronics located at Lockheed Martins Grand Prairie Texas facility/. The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering /(or related field/)/. The ideal candidate shall have a demonstrated experience with Fuzing systems and /. Knowledge of the Army Fuze Safety Review Board is desired/. The candidate will be responsible for working with other disciplines to resolve hardware failures, discrepancies and/or anomalies /(involving root/-cause analysis, failure review boards, adequate corrective action and subsequent Quality Note disposition/) resulting in the return to service of suspect electronic assemblies/. The candidate will be responsible for supporting drawing changes through the formal change process/. The Candidate must have a demonstrated aptitude and skills to utilize various instruments to troubleshoot hardware failures such as Digital Multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer for troubleshooting electrical and/or computer equipment failures/. Knowledge of printed wiring board and printed wiring assembly fabrication processes is desired as well as Cadence tool experience for schematic capture/. Candidate must possess good oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and technical writing skills/. The candidate should be a self/-starter and be able to work under minimum direction/. The candidate must have the ability to work well in a team environment/. The candidate should understand the concept of hardware obsolescence/. Travel to Lockheed Martin production facilities, suppliers facilities, and customer facilities will be required/. There will be approximately 5 trips per year with each trip lasting up to 5 days in duration/. Candidate must have or be able to obtain DoD Secret Clearance/.
