This position will report to the:Customer Care Director Location: Grand Prairie, TX FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary Ensures a superior level of customer service in all aspects of the day-to-day operations. Strives to exceed customer expectations while handling a high volume of calls in a very efficient manner.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Accurate and timely handling of incoming calls and inquiries to the main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate person or department Manage the mail room for outgoing mail -runs monthly UPS and Postage usage to Accounts Payable monthly Pulls invoices to sorts and prepare for outgoing mailing Responsible for Incoming fax mailbox Manage and distribute all incoming mail Greet all incoming visitors, sign in and adhere to all safety protocols Assure building is locked when not at the front desk and secured at the end of the day Prepare and assist with customs paperwork Assist with scanning POD's as needed Orders Office Supplies as needed Point of contact for office equipment maintenance Send out daily reporting for fill and kill accounts and tracking reports Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as needed Required and/or Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of SAP preferred Some knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products is preferred Minimum of two years Customer Service experience, more preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Industry product knowledge helpful. Possess superior verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Be able to handle an environment that consists of flexibility for example: consistently re-prioritizing and multitasking with a high volume of calls. Must be well organized and detail oriented with good follow up skills. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, making rational and informed decisions on your own behalf. Support both internal and external customers. Dependable and demonstrate a team-player, can-do attitude. Ability to think outside the box.
