This is a second shift role, from Monday to Friday starting at 2:00PM to 10:30PM. Working weekends may also be required. Permanent resident card (USCIS Form I-551)Text "PPG" to 25000 to apply via text!If you are a Quality Technician, you will be part of an Area Improvement team and will provide assistance with quality management system activities. This includes maintaining records, conducting internal audits, implementing new equipment and product introduction, and utilizing statistical process control (SPC)/metrics. Additionally, you should be able to read and comprehend mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings.Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production to ensure adherence to requirements and continuously improve quality.
• Analyze technical documentation to determine inspection criteria; establish technical work instructions, forms, and test reports as required.
• Lead investigations into product quality issues, identify root cause, gather and analyze data, and implement corrective action to mitigate or eliminate the problem.
• Support operating personnel in data collection and the creation and interpretation of control chart(s) information.Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and accurate typing skills are required.
  • Excellent vision and the ability to frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds are essential.
