seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide
administrative support to our CEO and Co-Founder/Head of Client and
Partner Group.Role OverviewAs an Executive Assistant, you'll
provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure our
executives can focus on their core responsibilities. You'll manage
calendars, coordinate communications, and oversee essential
administrative functions in our professional office environment.

time.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar ManagementEfficiently manage
executives' schedules, including coordinating meetings and travel
arrangementsIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure
smooth day-to-day operationsPrioritize commitments appropriately
based on business needsCommunications SupportServe as the primary
point of contact for the executivesDraft emails, presentations, and
documents as neededScreen and prioritize incoming communications
and requestsOffice Operations-- Manage office logistics and ensure
smooth daily operations -- Implement organizational systems to
improve efficiency -- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
for office needsAdministrative SupportConduct research and prepare
reports as requestedAssist with presentations and proposals when
neededHandle administrative tasks including expense reports and
phone callsPersonal AssistanceManage personal appointments and
travel arrangements with discretionAssist with various personal
tasks and errands as neededMaintain confidentiality when handling
sensitive information.Requirements:Required
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 4 years'
experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting
executivesStrong organizational skills and ability to effectively
manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and
interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Discretion when handling
confidential informationAbility to work both independently and
collaborativelyFlexibility to adapt to changing
prioritiesExperience in office management is a plusMust be in the
office 4-5 days per weekSuccess FactorsSuccessful candidates will
