Warehouse Lead2nd Shift from $19.50/ hourHours: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4:00 pm-1:00 am; flexibility for Saturday work If you have not applied online, please apply before coming for a face to face interview at: ARE CONDUCTED from 5:00 pm-1:00 am Monday - ThursdayINMAR3845 Grand Lakes ParkwayGrand Prairie, TX 75050Position Summary: The Warehouse Team Lead directs the daily activities of the processors, material handlers, and forklift drivers to ensure a smooth flow of product is being processed in an efficient and timely manner. The Processing Lead works at the direction of the Production Supervisor. Position Responsibilities: Communicate with processors and managementHave a thorough understanding of the SOP's of the assigned departmentMotivate, encourage, coach and assist the associates develop in their rolesSelect RMAs/orders to be processedLocate missing boxesManage the controlled substance log for controlled substances found in Rx ordersManage the controlled substance mobile cageManage the flow of work on assigned lineDelete I-tags as requiredManage the broken bottle logMaintain professionalism at all timesSupport company policies and goalsCommit to meeting all client goalsEnsure changeovers are completed on or before scheduled dateAttend to processor errors by going over each error with the associate that directly caused the error to occur.Escalate significant events (i.e., diversion, adverse events, system slow down, etc.)Ensure associates are adequately trainedWork with quality control department to address quality issuesUnderstand the importance of productivity and meeting the individual and company goalsManage ASN NR hold reprocessingEnsure team members are clocking in at the appropriate location and at the correct timeWork overtime as scheduledFollow all safety and security rulesSet a standard of excellence in job performance, attendance, and adherence to all policies and procedures that sets an example for all other associatesMaintain a clean and organized work areaComplete all other duties as requested by management or supervisor.Required Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.10 key/data entry experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication and organizational skillsAbility to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbsAbility to communicate proficiently in both English and Spanish preferred as Warehouse Lead may be assisting both English and Spanish speaking associates. Multilingual would be beneficial to successAbility to successfully execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruptionsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to maintain professionalism at all timesManage confidential information appropriatelyThe physical demands described here are representative of those that are expected to be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
