Location: Grand Prairie, TX Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP Supply Chain Analyst in Irving, TXDescription:Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 yearsResponsibilities:The Global Supply Chain's (GSC) BSAI (Business, Systems, Analytics & Intelligence) team requires a forward inventory management (IM) and third party logistics (3PL) vendor Analyst - System Analysis and Program to monitor production GSC systems for issues/outages (legacy/SAP), provide incident management (AYS, defects, tickets, test & Fix It, mapping of 3PL processes), respond to requests from end-users, analyze and respond to end-users with a solution or escalate to other IT teams as required. In this role, you also will conduct daily reconciliation activities (within SAP) and in coordination with GSC and 3PL partners.Additionally, you will participate in projects and systems enhancements. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, data setup and testing execution, project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and coordinating with management for recommended actions.Additionally, you will:- Research and review solutions for business need- Works with business users and support staff to resolve problems- Investigate, assist with root cause analysis and tracking of short/long term fixesMUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):- SAP experience in (MM, SD) and/or equivalent experience in legacy supply chain/3PL technical integrations, production support and understanding how Middleware works- Experience in telecom, high tech, or other large scale manufacturing or service industriesDESIRED SKILLS:- Experience with enterprise wide program implementations in Supply Chain and Warehouse integrations.- Vendor management experience with understanding of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (i.e. 3PL WMS, Manhattan, etc.)- G-Suite experience.- Background in systems such as JIRA, ALM, VISIO, Project and/or Smartsheets.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Works independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints delivering results by critical deadlines- Shows initiative, anticipates and prepares for upcoming situations, takes advantage of opportunities, acts quickly and decisively, addresses issues before they become problemsEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree or equivilant work experience
