Job DescriptionHVAC Sales GeneratorReports directly to whom: Sales ManagerDirectly supervises whom/what: Crawford's in-store Display at CostcoRole: Generate qualified Sales Leads out of the Costco StoreTasks and Duties:

• Engage with customers regarding HVAC equipment at assigned Costco store location
• Generate quality leads for the Sales Department
• Transfer all lead information in a timely and accurate manner to the Sales CoordinatorJob Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evening and weekend appointments.
  • Excellent customer service principles and practices.
  • "Clean Cut" presentation of yourself
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as databases, spreadsheets and word processing software.
  • General understanding of HVAC systems
  • Skill in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an outside or retail sales position
    • Preferred industry experience (not required)Physical Requirements:
      • Must be able to see well enough to read reports, data, statistics and information on a computer screen.
      • Must be able to hear well enough to communicate on the telephone and in person.
      • Must be able to use your fingers for grasping, feeling, and be able to operate a computer and calculator.
      • Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds and reach. May be required to do limited carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling.
