Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a Channel Account Manager to join
our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. This role is crucial
for fostering and enhancing relationships with our wholesale
partners in the HVAC industry. The Channel Account Manager will be
instrumental in driving the adoption of our innovative building
efficiency technologies through effective channel partner
management. With Johnson Controls, you will be part of a company

impacting building sustainability and efficiency worldwide. Develop
and manage relationships with key HVAC wholesale partners to
maximize sales and profitability. Implement strategic sales plans
to accommodate corporate goals. Provide detailed updates of partner
activities including progress, forecasts, and market trends to
senior management. Conduct product training sessions and
demonstrations for partners to enhance their understanding and
commitment. Coordinate with internal departments to align company
strategies with partner needs and market demands. Evaluate
partnership performance and develop strategies to boost
productivity and partner sales effectiveness. Participate in trade
shows, conferences and other marketing events to strengthen network
and increase market presence. Strong understanding of HVAC systems
and the wholesale market. Proven track record in sales or business
development within a technical field. Excellent negotiation and
communication skills. Ability to conduct product trainings and
demonstrations effectively. Proficient in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and strategic thinking
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred.
Relevant HVAC industry certifications a plus.
