driven Commercial Fire Alarm Systems Sales Executive to expand our
reach in the market and uphold our legacy of delivering excellence
and satisfaction to our customers. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for fostering new client relationships while nurturing
our existing network, ensuring our cutting-edge fire protection
products continue to set industry standards. Identify and cultivate
new business opportunities in the commercial sector by leveraging
industry knowledge and technical expertise in fire alarm systems.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
and expand our customer base. Provide detailed technical
presentations and demonstrations of fire alarm systems to potential
and existing customers. Partner with cross-functional teams to
ensure that proposed offerings and services meet customer business
needs and exceed their expectations. Maintain in-depth product
knowledge of the range of fire protection solutions offered by
Johnson Controls. Participate in industry conferences, meetings,
and other networking events to foster connections and promote
company products. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
and customer communications in the company CRM. Follow up on sales
leads, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate contracts. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate
and close deals effectively. Deep understanding of commercial fire
alarm systems and technical aspects of fire protection products.
Ability to develop strategic sales plans based on industry trends
and company goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
adapt to changing market conditions. Proficient in using CRM
software for sales management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS)
certification preferred. Relevant technical certifications related
to fire alarm systems and safety also advantageous.
