Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The VP of Work
Group Communication Business is responsible for leading the global
sales and business strategy for products used in industrial
environments. This role oversees a portfolio that includes
Industrial Audio products, newly launching WifiCom products, and
industrial communication and robotics solutions, such as autonomous
mobile robots for warehouse and logistics operations. As a global
business leader, this position is aligned with company-wide
(global) revenue responsibility and plays a critical role in
expanding market presence and driving growth across regions. Key
Responsibilities: Business & Sales Leadership Develop and execute
global sales and business strategies for Industrial Audio, WifiCom,
and industrial communication/robotics products Drive revenue growth
aligned with overall company sales objectives Identify and develop
new markets and customers across industrial, logistics,
manufacturing, and warehouse sectors Collaborate closely with HQ
and cross-functional global teams to support product launches and
market expansion Product & Market Strategy Analyze market trends
and competitive landscapes related to industrial communication,
audio, and robotics solutions Lead go-to-market strategies for new
product launches, including WifiCom Translate customer and market
needs into strategic product and portfolio recommendations Team &
Organizational Leadership Manage current regional resources,
including Industrial Audio product sales roles in the U.S. and
Europe (including open positions) Build, lead, and develop a global
team of approximately 5–6 members, including subsidiaries, as the
organization scales Set team goals, manage performance, and support
talent development across regions Qualifications: 10 years of
experience in B2B sales, business development, or general
management, preferably within industrial or technology-driven
products Proven experience in global sales or multi-region business
operations Experience with industrial communication, audio,
robotics, automation, or related technology products Demonstrated
leadership and team management experience Strong strategic planning
and execution capabilities Skills and Competencies: Experience
managing business units or P&L responsibility Knowledge of
wireless communication technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, RF) and
industrial automation solutions Experience working with overseas
