Responsibilities Operate and monitor processing equipment to ensure
smooth production flow. Perform routine quality checks and maintain
accurate records of production data. Assist in troubleshooting
equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Follow safety
protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve
efficiency. Participate in training sessions and contribute to team
meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent;
technical certification is a plus. Previous experience in a
manufacturing or processing environment preferred. Strong attention
to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic
mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills
and a positive attitude.
