Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree
in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology
(ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
seeks a Cardiovascular Special Procedures Tech with expertise in
imaging for catheterization labs. Candidates must have recent
experience in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR),
along with proficiency using C-Arm technology to support
cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. Key
Qualifications: - ARRT certification (American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists) required - Certified Medical Radiologic
Technologist (CMRT) credential if ARRT certified - Recent Cath Lab
and IR experience essential - Ability to participate in after-hours
on-call rotation Responsibilities: - Prepare procedure rooms with
appropriate imaging equipment and maintain sterile environment -
Assist patients who have IVs, oxygen, chest tubes, or other
devices; continuously monitor vital signs during imaging procedures
- Administer contrast agents and medications following established
safety protocols - Process and optimize diagnostic images,
troubleshoot technical issues, and retake images if necessary to
ensure quality - Demonstrate familiarity with emergency drugs and
equipment, responding effectively to critical situations
