Job Description:
We're seeking a full-time Business Developement Trainee for our
Waco location. The Territory Development Trainee is responsible for
reaching set sales goals in his/her territories. We are looking for
goal-oriented, self-starters looking for a rewarding career in our
promotional marketing firm specializing in consumer outreach,
loyalty, and brand recognition. We offer competitive compensation
packages plus uncapped commissions on top of an exciting work
culture. Position Responsibilities for the Business Developement
Trainee: Maintain existing relationships with clients Cultivate new
opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
Execute sales and marketing strategies Support all team members
Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within
a territory Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer
experience
